Cancellation/Transfer Policies
 


Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be made in writing directly by the registrants.
The below policies apply:

  • By Noon, ET, January 17, 2024 - Cancellations are eligible
    for a refund minus a $25 fee.

  • After Noon ET, January 17, 2024 - Cancellations and
    no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

No credit will be given in lieu of refunds. Refunds by check may
not be issued until the conclusion of the event.
 
Transfers/Substitutions
 
Requests for transfers/substitutions must be made in writing directly
by the registrants; NGMA will not accept requests from the employer.
The below transfer/substitution policy applies:

  • By Noon ET, January 17, 2024 - No cost for transfers/substitutions.
    Should a non-member substitute for a member, the difference between
    fees will be due at the time of the transfer.

  • After Noon ET, January 17, 2024 - No transfers/substitutions
    will be allowed.
