The Uniform Guidance Updates and Internal Controls Presented by Aaron Kramer Brosnan, Esq., CGMS, Brustein & Manasevit, PLLC What is an internal control and why are they important to non-federal entities? How can I tell what internal controls my entity needs? What internal controls are required by the revised Uniform Guidance and how do the changes affect policies and procedures? In this session, we will provide an overview of the basics of internal controls and implementing those controls in an increasingly virtual world.
