Breaking Down the UG Procurement Standards and Creating a Path Towards Compliance
Webcast Presented by: Tom Rodgers, Vendor Centric and Dan Kenney, CohnReznick
The UG procurements standards will (finally) go into effect in 2018. In this session, we’ll break down all 10 sections to help clarify what’s required to comply with each. We’ll then share insights from our recent research report on nearly 150 federal grant recipients provides a lens into how they’re navigating the standards. And we’ll close out with a process attendees can follow to create a roadmap for their own implementation. The uniform guidance uses the words “performance” 177 times and “outcomes” 22 times. Can you effectively express the outcomes you expect to deliver? How do you track results? Fortunately, logic models can help you measure and communicate a well-developed visual statement that demonstrates results. In this webcast, you’ll learn what logic models are and how to use them to link resources and activities to the outcomes you expect to achieve. Here’s how to help your programs deliver. Learning objectives:
- What they key compliance requirements are from the 10 sections of the UG procurement standards
- How far along most organizations are in the compliance process, and where they are focusing their efforts in the near term
- A process they can follow to assess where they are currently, and create a path towards compliance
