Cancellation Policy  
If a cancellation request is received prior to March 1, 2021, NGMA will offer a full NGMA credit good for one year. Cancellations received after March 1, 2021 will not be credited. Credits are not given for no-shows. NGMA accepts substitutions until March 1, 2021. If a nonmember substitutes for a member, the difference between the two rates will be due for payment.
