HUD Allocations to the Rescue: Planning for the Use of HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP) Funds to Help Reduce Homelessness

Is your jurisdiction one of the 651 jurisdictions that qualified for an annual HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) allocation from HUD in FY 2021? If yes, that means your jurisdiction is also eligible to receive a HOME-ARP grant! This webinar will provide an overview of what the HOME-ARP program is, cover eligible populations and activities, and walk you through the various activities your jurisdiction will need to complete (including a HOME-ARP Allocation Plan) to receive your full funding allocation that can be used to help reduce homelessness and increase housing stability in your communities. We will also share “lessons learned” while supporting several jurisdictions across the country in completing their Allocation Plans.

• Gain a better understanding of the HOME-ARP program and how it can benefit your community
  

• Provide knowledge about what the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan is and how to complete it
  

• Learn more about the 7 HOME-ARP Allocation Plan requirements and how to achieve them
