Plain Writing for Grants Professionals

The Plain Writing Act of 2010 requires Federal agencies to communicate with the public in clear, conversational language that the public can “understand and use.” This interactive webinar is designed for members who want to understand and use Plain Writing to increase their effectiveness as Federal/non-Federal communicators.

Learning Objectives:

  • Plan and organize documents that connect with their audiences and yield meaningful results;

  • Update their writing skills to include 21st century government writing standards based on Plain Writing; and

  • Learn how Plain Writing can enhance efficient, clear, and concise communication.

  


Participants will earn 1 CPE credit | Field of Study: Specialized Knowledge

To be awarded the full CPE credit, participants must respond to all three of the polling questions asked during the program.
