What are your options if more or less funding is offered, the period for performance or your circumstances have changed? This presentation examines grantor and grantee options when the terms and conditions of an award are different than those set out in the NOFA. Strategies for negotiation, revising the budget, adjusting outcomes and scope of work, as well as knowing when to walk away will be discussed in this interactive session.
