An Overview of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and its Buy America Requirements Presented by Suzanne Sumner and Brandon Dobyns, Taft Law
This webinar will cover some of the key funding provisions in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, including funding that has been allocated to Ohio, as well as the requirements for ensuring compliance with its Build America, Buy America provisions. Learning Objectives:

Understand key funding provisions in the IIJA;

Understand how federal Buy America requirements are broadened under the IIJA and how to comply or seek a waiver; and

Understand various options for obtaining funding under the IIJA.
