To meet the goals and objectives of your grant, it is often necessary to obtain goods and services through contracts. This presentation will guide you through the critical process of managing, reviewing, and auditing contracts using Federal funds.

Learning Objectives:

  • Explain the 2 CFR 200 requirements related to awarded contracts

  • Compare the different types of contracts awarded under grants

  • Describe the roles and responsibilities of auditors when managing, reviewing, and auditing contracts awarded to meet grant objectives
