Subrecipient Monitoring Best Practices Presented by Carmen A. (Mely) Torres OnPoint Strategy During this session we will discuss how a pass-through entity must monitor the subrecipient to ensure that the funds awarded to them are used for authorized purposes, in compliance with Federal statutes and regulations, achieve performance goals, and how the 2 CFR 200 guides what activities must be included during the post-award subrecipient monitoring.
