LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
An understanding of the Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board (Recovery Board) established to oversee the effective implementation of the transparency and accountability requirements outlined in Title XV of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA or Recovery Act).
Assumptions on how recovery will be measured, and outcomes should be reported based on lessons from the Recovery Board.
A guide on how to create a similar structure to best achieve the reporting and outcomes desired.
