HHS-OIG Grant Self-Disclosure

So you have identified potential fraud or non-compliance impacting your award. Now what? This presentation will help recipients of HHS awards understand their responsibilities to report potential misconduct. It will cover the basics of grant self-disclosures including mandatory disclosures of Federal criminal law, voluntary disclosures of conduct violating civil or administrative law, HHS-OIG penalties for improper conduct related to federal awards under the Civil Monetary Penalty Law, as well as the resolution and benefits of self-disclosure.
