CGMS Application and Renewal


In order to complete your application for the Certified Grants Management Specialist (CGMS) exam, you must first create a user name and password in our Candidate Management System.

A one time use practice test is included with your purchase of the CGMS exam.  After completing your application and payment, you will receive an email notification to schedule your exam.  This is where you will also access the practice test.

Payment must be completed at the time you complete your application.  You may pay using a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. If you need to pay by check, please contact [email protected] for check payment procedures.

After you complete and pass the CGMS exam, you can return to the Candidate Management System to download your CGMS certificate.
